Hello!
Welcome to my website!
For me, climbing is about sharing good times with friends and exploring
beautiful places on this Earth. It’s about learning and pushing
the limitations of our minds and our bodies. Beyond the feats you’ll
read about, what I want to share with you here is my love and passion
for the spirit of climbing.
Since I started climbing in 1996, climbing has become the center point
of my life. My interest and focus have developed over the years in a way
that has let me evolve and grow as a person. And more than anything, I’m
still having so much fun climbing and discovering new things.
Take your time to visit my website, enjoy my stories, articles, pictures
and videos.
I hope this will give you a little boost of motivation as you, too, prepare
to follow your dreams and live your passion.

Nicolas has just left on an expedition to Baffin island with the objective to establish new routes in the weasel Valley. He and partners Sean Villanueva, Olivier Favresse, and Stephane Hansens will spend two months in this very remote part of the globe and hope to discover amazing first ascent possibilities.
500 kg of gear to carry between the four of them for about 50km and three Polar bears recently reported in the area is just there to add extra spices to the adventurous climbing. You can follow their adventures on their blog :

As his last bit of training before his expedition to Baffin Island, Nico climbed some multi-pitch routes in the Ratikon, Switzerland with Polish Adam Pustelnick. The pair didn’t wait long to try the very famous route Silbergeier 8b 200m . And after some trouble with weather conditions and the route being partly wet, Nico managed a quick repeat of the route, 3rd day on the climb despite getting rained on the last pitch and very cold temperatures.

We (Nicolas Favresse, Sean Villanueva and Ben Ditto) just came back from Torres Del Paine National Park where on the 2nd of february we summitted the central tower via the South African Route. Our ascent is possibly the third ascent of the route and the first free ascent of the east face of the central tower (1200m). We spent 13 days on the wall accompanied by our trusty mandolin, tin whistle and harmonica.
